The Hotels Business Unit focuses on the development and asset management of hotels connected to or close to the Company’s shopping malls and within our master-planned communities. The hotels operate on a hotel management contract model with key global operators. This strategy increases our market share, as it gives our properties a competitive edge, making them attractive to a wider demographic.
